## Partnership model introduction

![Raptor Partnership Model showing Modern Management, Strategic Partnerships, Certified Qlik Partners, Referral Partners, value flow, earning model and governance commitments.](/docs/raptor-partnership-model.png)

Accepted Raptor Partnership Model introduction for partner ecosystem documentation.

The Raptor Partnership Model defines the governed partner ecosystem used by the portal: Modern Management owns platform governance, Strategic Partners scale selected go-to-market and delivery relationships, Certified Qlik Partners deliver customer solutions and manage permitted referrals, and Referral Partners introduce opportunities through approved ownership chains.

The model is a business orientation for partner onboarding, enablement, opportunity protection, commercial allocation and shared-value outcomes. It does not override role permissions, agreement gates, attribution evidence, or the Commercial Relationship approvals recorded in the portal.

- Strategic Partners operate custom commercial arrangements approved by platform governance.
- Certified Qlik Partners can resell Raptor MCP, deliver solutions, manage permitted referrals and receive approved benefits.
- Referral Partners introduce opportunities and earn only through the approved referral relationship; they do not create downstream hierarchy.
- Opportunity protection, attribution rules, compliance, fair play and transparency remain governance requirements.

## Annual subscriptions

RaptorMCP Qlik Builders are the minimum annual licence for each customer entity. Builder users cover Qlik administration, development, extension automations, NPrinting, QlikView to Qlik Sense migrations, documentation, alerting and collaboration automations.

Pricing scales by Builder count so small teams can start without buying an enterprise program, while larger teams can standardize access across more users.

- RaptorMCP Qlik Builders: 1-9 users at $129 per user/month, 10-49 at $109, 50-249 at $89, and 250+ at $59, sold annually.
- RaptorMCP Qlik Insights: 1-9 users at $29 per user/month, 10-49 at $27.99, 50-249 at $24.99, and 250+ at $19.99, sold annually.

## Project add-ons

The current customer licence catalogue is focused on RaptorMCP Qlik Builders and RaptorMCP Qlik Insights. Specialist migration capabilities are handled through the Builder licence and project delivery rather than separate add-on rows.

Hosted MCP / Hosted Qlik Cloud Gateway is priced monthly and sold annually as a managed service and does not need to be assigned to a RaptorMCP Qlik Builder user. RaptorMCP Qlik Insights is an independent annual user licence that requires at least one RaptorMCP Qlik Builder licence on the customer account, but the assigned Insights user does not need to be a Builder.

The licence procurement grid now treats the annual licence, Insights users, and hosted services as line items in one governed procurement session. Product cards manage only quantity and, where relevant, the number of months. Invoice request, partner route and totals are controlled once from the consolidated summary.

Forecasted annual renewal pricing includes the automated 5% annual update on the current contract value. This forecast is visible before renewal processing and remains subject to governed invoice and renewal approval.

- Hosted MCP / Hosted Qlik Cloud Gateway: $20 per gateway/month, sold as an annual hosted service ($240 per gateway/year).
- RaptorMCP Qlik Insights is sold annually and requires at least one RaptorMCP Qlik Builder licence on the customer account.
- Hosted MCP / Hosted Qlik Cloud Gateway remains the exception that can be requested without assigning it to a RaptorMCP Qlik Builder user.
- RaptorMCP Qlik Builders require at least 1 user per entity. Hosted services and Insights users default to 0 until added.

## Central procurement session

Customers, partners and referral partners use the same central procurement model for their own licence purchases. The selected partner or Portal Admin route applies to the entire procurement request, not to a single product row.

A consolidated invoice request creates one order with line items for the base annual licence, hosted services, specialist modules and future products. Deals / Orders and Invoices / Payments show that consolidated request, while partner and System Admin processing views use the same order evidence.

- The visible grid columns are product/service, licence period, quantity, unit price, monthly amount, annual amount, VAT and total contract.
- Removed grid columns such as billing basis, contract start, contract end and status are shown in contract lifecycle detail instead of the purchase grid.
- Retired products remain hidden and cannot be selected.
- Referral Partner own procurement remains own-procurement only and does not create self-referral earnings or referred-customer opportunities.
- Renewal forecasts remain governed separately; the purchase grid shows the immediate order value only.

## Partner NFR entitlement requests

Approved Strategic and Certified Partners may request NFR entitlement for internal use, demos, training, enablement, support readiness, and partner operations. NFR entitlement is not sold, purchased, invoiced, commissioned, attributed, or treated as paid licence revenue.

NFR entitlement is partner-owned and limited to the partner's own non-production environment. It may not be used for customer projects, customer production delivery, customer-site installation, assignment, transfer, sublicensing, or sharing. Customer services require the customer's paid RaptorMCP licences and aligned Qlik licence rights.

- NFR entitlement is annually renewable and subject to System Admin approval, expiry, suspension, and audit.
- Referral Partners do not receive direct NFR entitlement unless a separate written exception is approved.
- NFR entitlement does not affect order totals, invoices, partner commissions, referral earnings, attribution, or commercial ownership.
- Partners delivering customer work must use customer-owned paid licences; a partner NFR entitlement cannot substitute for customer production licensing.

## Gateway options

Gateway choice is about ownership. Some customers want Raptor to host the Qlik Cloud route; others need their own team or partner to operate the gateway.

Both hosted and customer-hosted paths can support InsightOps when the required channels, Qlik access, and LLM settings are configured.

- Customer-hosted Enterprise Gateway: best when your security, network, or operations team must control the gateway.
- Hosted gateway access: best when a managed Qlik Cloud connection and dashboard-based operations are preferred.
- Sandbox access: best for short evaluation sessions before connecting production or customer systems.
- Each hosted gateway subscription should be sized before users are invited to create gateway tokens.
- InsightOps is included in the suite for teams that want governed Qlik notifications for reload outcomes, KPI movement, data quality exceptions, or AI-assisted business summaries.
- Writeback and workflow capabilities can be added when Qlik users need to submit governed updates, approvals, scenarios, or planning changes from the analytics experience.

## Typical service journey

Many customers start with a small evaluation, then expand into migration, modernization, or managed analytics once the value and governance model are clear.

- Start: discovery call, enablement session, or focused workshop.
- Migrate: QlikView Migration Day, migration assessment, or migration factory.
- Modernize: Qlik Sense SaaS app factory, governance pack, or AI-ready metadata work.
- Scale: managed analytics, advanced analytics enablement, or enterprise migration program.
