# Billing and Account

Source: /docs/raptor-mcp/billing-and-account

Manage Raptor MCP subscriptions, users, gateway access, invoices, and account settings.

## Dashboard

The dashboard is the commercial and access home for your account. It shows your current plan, hosted gateway options where available, gateway access, customer or partner profile context, procurement status, and links to account settings.

Owners and admins can invite team members, assign seats, and review add-on access for selected users. Purchase changes should be made through the central procurement session so annual licence users, hosted services, specialist modules, partner route, totals and invoice request evidence stay in one order.

## Contract lifecycle detail

Deals / Orders is the contract lifecycle view for persisted procurement requests. Each row can open a detail view with the contract header, line items, totals, lifecycle state, route evidence, blockers, next action and audit/evidence notes.

Customers can inspect their own orders without seeing partner commission internals. Partners can inspect routed customer orders and their own procurement orders where permitted. System Admin can inspect the full lifecycle, line items, processing route, payment status and licence issuance status.

- Contract detail shows request timestamp, requested by, customer account/entity, partner route, commercial owner, governance owner, lifecycle status and renewal/end-date context.
- Line items show product, current quantity, added quantity, period, unit price, monthly amount, annual amount, total amount, discount and net amount where available.
- The lifecycle timeline tracks requested, partner review, invoice processing, invoice sent, awaiting payment, payment allocated, licence issued, complete, blocked, rejected or duplicate states.

## Account settings

The Account page keeps profile settings, password reset, legal agreements, account deletion, and gateway token setup in one place.

For customer-hosted gateways, create the gateway credential from the account area and store it only in the approved gateway environment.

## Hosted gateway management

When hosted gateway access is active, account admins can create and manage hosted gateways from the dashboard. The dashboard shows connection details, setup progress, health checks, user access, and token controls.

Invited users connect their Qlik account and create their own token for approved AI clients. Admins can also configure InsightOps channels and LLM provider settings for hosted-gateway notifications.

- A hosted gateway subscription is required before creating a hosted gateway.
- Each hosted gateway should have a named admin owner and a clear user group.
- InsightOps channels can be prepared for Teams, Slack, email, Telegram, and generic webhooks.
- InsightOps schedules let users receive timed or Qlik event-based notifications once an approved channel is available.
- Admins can recheck health, suspend access, revoke tokens, or remove a hosted gateway when access should stop.
- Gateway tokens are shown once and should be stored securely by the user who generated them.

## Sandbox evaluation

Sandbox access gives users a short, guarded evaluation window before they connect production systems. It is useful for testing client setup, starter prompts, and basic Qlik workflows.

- Sandbox slots are limited and time-bound.
- Access is restricted to the public IP address used for the slot.
- Use sample, public, or non-sensitive data only.
- Start a new slot or reconnect the client if temporary credentials or sessions expire.
